About us
A trading house built around origin
Global Frucht Trading supplies bakery, cereal, confectionery and retail manufacturers with dried and frozen fruit. We buy at source, work with a small number of established processors, and stay close to the crop rather than trading paper.
Our team combines European market knowledge with direct relationships in the growing regions. Customers get a clear answer on availability, quality and timing — and know where the fruit in their product actually comes from.
We work to the specification a buyer gives us, and we say so when a crop cannot meet it.
